SHIPPING

Each RosanneBECK piece is print to order, created especially for you with a current lead time of 7–10 business days. During the holiday season this timeline may gently extend. 

We kindly ask that you review your shipping address with care to ensure seamless delivery. Once your order has been completed and prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details—allowing you to follow your parcel as it makes its way to you.

Though we do not expect this but should your product arrived damaged please reach out us directly to orders@rosannebeck.com within 7 business days of the ship date. 

RETURNS

Each RosanneBECK piece is thoughtfully printed just for you upon order. Because of the nature of our made-to-order production, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after being placed. We only accept returns in the event of defective product or shipping error. In this case, we must be notified within 5 working days of receipt. A return authorization will take place. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. To request a return authorization, please contact ordes@rosannebeck.com.
